- Single Account. Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.
- Prohibited Persons. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of 987ph, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to register or maintain accounts on the Platform.
2. Account Registration and Security
- Registration. To access the full features of the Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
- Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. 987ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Account Responsibility. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized such activity. You agree to notify 987ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Know Your Customer (KYC). 987ph may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including but not limited to providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions or closure.
- Account Closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 987ph customer support. 987ph reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
- Accepted Payment Methods. 987ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without notice.
- Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your 987ph account balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the originating bank.
- Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and may take up to five (5) business days to process. 987ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

- Force Majeure. 987ph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

10. Amendments to These Terms
